Deserving a special mention is the game played at Gifford high School where Khumalo played host to Magwegwe.
Magwegwe massacre Khumalo

A total of nine goals were scored in the match with the second half producing five goals as Magwegwe demolished Khumalo 7-2 . It’s a game that Brian Matunzeni in goal for Khumalo will never forget in his ZRP footballing career.

lt has to be said that both teams played beautiful passing soccer which was a marvel to watch, though Magwegwe completed most of the passes. It was Magwegwe’s biggest win of the season.

Entumbane on the prowl again

Entumbane proved once again that they are indeed on their own level far from other teams in the league when they stretched their unbeaten run to 32 games, accumulating 82 points in the process in a league race they won last week. Wednesday was not an exception as they yet again beat Donnington 4-2.

It was all a Prince Chininga show as he single-handedly inflicted some pain and scored a hattrick that meant PHQ lost away from home. A man of the match performance from the energetic and speed merchant forward who has a good sight of goal and surely he pushes opponents, he actually did what he does best.

Golden boot race
