Itas going to be rumble in the jungle- not in the boxing sense but football as Knox Mutizwa promises fireworks when he comes home to bid farewell in the first half of this season.

Mutizwa, a proven goal scoring machine, scooped the golden boot last year and is now officially a Bidvest Wits player in the South African Premiership. However, he will do duty for them in July.

Until then he will keep fit playing for Highlanders back home where he was loaned by Bidvest Wits and the player promises to go away with a bang.

a?Iam looking forward to a good stay here at Bidvest but I should first come back home and say goodbye to the Highlanders family in style,a? said Mutizwa.

He joined the Bidvest Wits crew last week for what was an orientation week. While there, he scored a goal during one of the teamas friendly matches.

a?I featured in two friendly matches against Bloemfontein Celtics and Orlando Pirates. I managed to score the only goal of the match against Celtics last Thursday,a? said Mutizwa who enjoyed training with his soon-to-be teammates.

The game in South Africa is at another level with a lot to learn within under just a week.

a?The training sessions and friendly matches were an eye opener. Iam looking forward to a good stay at Bidvest,a? he said.

The player, fondly known as Mjomani to his close associates, will join the Clever Boys on 1 July ahead of the start of Mzansias 2016/2017 season.

The 22-year-old striker will be expected to cross the Limpopo River time and again to train with Wits until he officially joins them at the beginning of July

Mutizwa, a 2015 Soccer Star of the Year second runner-up, had a stellar performance in Bosso colours last season scoring the all-important goals for the Bulawayo football giants.
