Lady Zamar invades Bulawayo

FOLLOWING a successful release of her first solo album titled King Zamar mid last year, the fast rising South African deep house vocalist Lady Zamar is set to bring her magic to the City of Kings and Queen as she is billed for a show at Club Cosmopolitan slated for Tuesday.

Zamar, who is one of most trending artistes south of the Limpopo, has a status to protect as she is expected by fans to bring a polished classy performance as ita��s her first time to grace a gig in Bulawayo.

As the Collide hit-maker is considered a a�?solidified branda�? in the African music fraternity, a classy dress code has to complement her gig thus the organisers of the show 3D Events opted for the trending fashion denim outfit to be the dress code of the event.

Lady Zamar, who is expected to arrive in the country on the day of the show in the morning will have a meet and greet session with her local fans at the newly open Zarah Lounge over lunch.

Mduduzi Mdlongwa, the head of 3D Events, revealed that they have since paid the artiste, secured the venue of the show and booked all the flights for Lady Zamar to party with her local followers on the much anticipated show.

a�?We have since sorted out the clearance of the venue, booked the flights and fully paid Lady Zamar for the show. She is expected to arrive at Joshua Mqabuko International Airport on the day of the show in the morning.

a�?Fans who want to mingle and greet the artiste should come at Zarah Lounge which is a venue where we organised a meet and greet session with Zamar over lunch,a�? said Mduduzi.

With Zamar rising to the music apex courtesy of collaborations with celebrated artistes like DJ Mshega, Lulo CafA� and veteran DJs Mahoota and Vetkuk to mention a few, Zamar is expected to carry on the spirit of working with different artistes to progress the standard of African music.

The organiser of the show Mduduzi Mdlongwa revealed that a possible collaboration between the visiting songstress with local artistes DJ Liz and DJ Crazy Dee who will also be sharing the stage with Zamar on the night is on the pipeline.

Other artistes who will be supporting acts include DJ Eugy, DJ Wellyonz, Champion Sounds ZW, Victor Bravo and resident DJs Kananjo, Mzoe, Keezy Deejay and Ngwisto will rotate on the decks.

Advanced tickets are available at Mzansi 4 Sho clothing shop, Copa Cubana and Zarah Lounge for $10, VIP $15 and VVIP tickets pegged at $20. .
