Ice Prince releases Valentinea��s tribute

After weeks of building hype for his song produced by Zimbabwean prodigy, Tatenda Kamera, Nigerian rapper Ice Prince finally released the much anticipated song as a gift for lovers on Valentinea��s Day.

The song, a love ballad titled No Mind Dem, is set to herald Kameraa��s arrival as one of the continenta��s top producers.

Alongside his Anashe Media Group multiple grammy award winning label mate and Phumakim hit-maker Brian Soko, the Zimbabwean has become of the most sought after property on the African music scene, getting the attention of some of the heavyweights on the urban music scene.

Last year, the Zimbabwean producer also hit the headlines after featuring on the official DJ to Nigerian superstar Wizkid DJ Xclusivea��s compilation album, According to X, contributing a track featuring vocals from South African artiste and Xigubu hit-maker Fiesta Black.

The Zimbabwean was also on production for South Africaa��s Maphorisa on his solo single titled Menina Bonita.

The Nigerian took to twitter to confirm that he and the young Zimbabwean producer were working on more songs which will be released soon.

The special Valentine song will have particular significance for Ice Prince, whose girlfriend was accused of cheating on him a month ago, a scandal that threatened to tear the two lovebirds apart. The rapper took to his Twitter account to defend his girlfriend over allegations revealing that the lady had cheated on him in time past while he blasted haters who wanted him to walk out of the relationship.
