The duo of Afro Jazz and Pop band FaB Fusion — Faith and Brennan Wyngard — will release a new single titled Treble in collaboration with Tinashe Makura on 30 March at a live gig at the Farm at Art venue in Harare.

The new release, a lively piece with virtuous vocals, was composed by the duo. On the production scene, the couple worked with instrumentalists Cole Rusike also known as Coolstix on drums and their eldest son Vanny on lead guitar. Brennan Wyngard said they were ecstatic to be returning to the game with their latest single.

“This is our first work to be released in 2024 and we are excited to be sharing this piece of work with our fans as we worked hard to perfect it for their ears.

More singles will be released during the course of the year,” said Wyngard.

FaB Fusion was founded in 2012. The group fuses multiple genres and styles of music, mainly Jazz, Pop and contemporary music. They have closely worked with the band FaB Ovation, with whom they released a single Chimdhudhudhu in October 2021, which topped the Classic 263 radio charts for several weeks.  As a group, they have performed in different parts of Zimbabwe. They featured at the Kariba International Tiger Fish Tournament 2023, as well as at the Shoko Arts Festival to mention a few.

FaB Fusion embraces opportunities to work with artists of various genres and they had a chance to perform with the late legendary Oliver “Tuku” Mtukudzi at the Harare International Festival of The Arts 2017 and the Japanese group Iyco and Kaka Furaha.
