a?My daughter complained of severe pain the following morning and I accompanied her to Mpilo Hospital where the doctor informed me that she had suffered a fractured arm,a? she said.

a?Internal disciplinary measures will be taken to get to the bottom of the issue. Initial reports indicate that the municipal police officer advised the vendor that she had been placed under arrest but she retaliated by wrestling for the tray,a? said Mpofu.
